About the Course – Asian Studies
Asian Studies is instrumental in understanding the great diversity of cultures, societies, and political systems of Asia. It explores the impact of Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam, and investigates the dramatic changes brought by colonialism and revolutions to the Asian people. You will also examine Asia’s relationships with the rest of the world. This major does not require you to learn an Asian language.
